P90X-YTF&F 90day transformation Round 1


this is my transformation from before P90X through my 1st round of 90 days. My results in the 3rd phase (days 57-90) weren’t that great b/c I couldn’t push myself as hard as I wanted to due to an injury. My diet was clean at best but wasn’t dead on by any means. I’m about to start round 2 (with a better diet) and as long as my body can handle it, my results should be great. Thanks to everyone on YT for your support and helping me through this period of my life.

My recommendation might be surprising and is more probably a response to being a super-heavyweight loser (more than 100 pounds to lose) and my case of Induction flu. Someone who has much less to lose and is not bothered by Induction Flu, should consider exercise as soon as possible. Like our motto says: “Atkins Diet will make you look good.
